Michael is an internet pioneer, systems designer, creative technologist, evolutionary philosopher, and transmedia artist. Operating at the intersection of Information Technology, Psychology, and Experience Design (UX), Michael creates media experiences to actualize the human potential for transformation, and progress the evolution of culture, communications, and consciousness.  

Michael has been involved with New Media in the LOHAS market for more than 20+ years (since 1997), producing over 100+ projects in support of ecological, sociological, and culturally creative organizations and initiatives.  He’s worked with visionary entrepreneurs, innovative startups, change makers, and impact leaders to design, develop, and deliver digital experiences of extraordinary function and form. He’s produced innovative and ground-breaking projects with Harvard University, AutoDesk, Norton Books, the Buckminster Fuller Institute, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Ken Wilbur’s Core Integral, The Shift Network, Thrive, the Brain Plasticity Institute, and more.

Michael delivers paradigm-shifting concepts and products infused with inspiration, innovation, and insights derived from a transdisciplinary research and design process: Evolutionary Experience Design (EXD).  Combining a background of formal education in psychology, philosophy, cosmology, and consciousness (Pacific University 1992, California Institute of Integral Studies, 2006) with on-going research in emerging technologies (AI, VR/XR, Blockchain), cognitive science, and transpersonal psychology, Michael applies a syncretic, future-oriented strategy toward delivering engaging media content, interactive games, and immersive experiences for evolutionary social value.
